| I think Burnett does a great job overall. My only recent complaint is that we were sent on our way with brakes that were less than ideally functional resulting in my wife slightly bumping a truck. This caused a dent in our front bumper. Burnett did fix the brakes and replace front sway bar links at no charge. In retrospect, being refunded the money for the "recharging" of the brake fluid would have been nice. I do believe Burnett does a good job and we will continue to utilize their service regardless of the above incident. |

| The staff at Valvoline on 151st street recommended Burnett when they figured out it was my starter and not my battery that had an issue. I went in late on a Friday and got an early Monday morning appointment. Before completing any work, I got a video sent via text to my smart phone detailing what needed to be completed. It was ready the next day. Well Done! |

| Time and time again, they continue to deliver superior quality and professionalism when working on my car. Not only are they great and friendly when dealing with a simple oil change, but also when performing more intrinsic tasks. On a previous experience I needed multiple mileage maintenance tasks completed on my car, and many other shops would require keeping it over night, but Burnett delivered again by completing everything by the time I needed my car on that same day. I will continue to use Burnett Auto whenever work needs to be completed on my vehicle. |
