| If you are looking for a tire shop that does good work - what tires that are actually "balanced" and alignments that aren't actually easy (like a lifted truck) that come out perfect - and - that are honest and won't bill you to align your other car when it falls within spec - look no farther. |

| Your team did an excellent job tracking down the issue with our Camry. It had to come back a couple days in a row, but I appreciate the staff's determination to fix the car and provide excellent service. Always happy to bring our vehicles to the Olathe Burnett as I feel like customer service is a very high priority. I don't ever worry that the issue will be resolved and communicated to me honestly. The shop is clean, the guys are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are comparable to other shops, but the attention to detail and customer service sets them apart as outstanding. | Went in to ask about new tires and an alignment, they said they could get it all done that day. They did and I didn't have to wait any longer than advertised. Pricing was all discussed up front. Overall a pretty painless experience. A couple weeks later I had to get a tire replaced (bad luck, not their fault!) and they again had me back on the road the same day. |
