| Got new tires on a Saturday and few hours later had a flat tire on driver side and I called you guys and the lady handled everything perfect called tow truck and they got there pretty quickly and then on Tuesday morning I got another flat tire and that day the man had me call the tow service which I sat for an hour and a half waiting until I c allied the dude back and told him to call once that happened they showed up in 10 minutes . They damaged my last flat tire rim somehow and the dude was trying to tell me I ran over a curb or something trying to not fix it and I know I didn?t do that. He ends up telling me he couldn?t find a rim for my car since it?s a nismo and puts a donut on it come to find out he couldn?t fix it and ends up ordering me a rim for my car in the end and now I have to have a donut for a whole week and when I go to break at my breaks are squeaking probably because the donut hopefully because I didn?t need breaks done before this all happened and it?s just not been a great experience |

| They always do good work but they struggle to communicate needed repairs and maintenance on my car. It always feels like they're just trying to make money off of my ignorance rather than actually help me make the best decisions for my car. They don't seem to realize that I would come to them for a lot more maintenance and repairs if I could better trust their analysis. |

| Convince is nice and the employees are nice but the prices are sky high for parts and labor. Thats is why I've stopped going in there. And then trying to up sell you on everything is nuts. Its not like it use to be. |

| The service dept disconnected the line to the turbo (to check the oil seal within) and failed to reconnect the line afterwards. No damage to the engine that I know of but imagine my surprise when the engine had a difficult time getting up to speed quickly and maintaining speed up hills (good thing there wasn't an emergency). I pulled over and opened the hood and easily saw the line disconnected. I needed to return to your shop to have the job completed correctly. This was only the third time I have used your garage (oil changes plus a front end suspension repair). To find such an obvious item missed (even to me) doesn't give me great confidence in the quality of your work. I would expect someone to do at least a visual inspection at the end to be sure everything is put back together correctly. |

| I dropped my car off with the mechanics telling them I only had 48 hours till I had to leave town and get my car fixed. I didn?t receive a call until about 42 hours later that they had finally looked over my car. They also were unable to fix multiple issues due to lack of time left. Very disappointed, felt very out of the loop and not well communicated with. I even felt like the mechanics were annoyed with me when I called after 24 hours and then again at 36 hours because I had not heard anything from them. |
